Life

As I grow older I slowly realize that life is actually very short and very very unpredictable.
One minute you might be here laughing the next minute you might be crying.Or one day you are here the next day you are gone.I always like to use the phrase " You'll never know' Seriously you can never predict what lies ahead of you. A clean and straight path? Narrow path? A path full of ups and down? Or a path of no return. Some people say your future lies in your own hand. How true is it? To me your life is already written in a book. If HE wants you to stay you stay if HE wants you to leave any minute you can just leave this place.You can even leave this place while you are sleeping. Your heart just stops. Or you are in your own house and suddenly an airplane just crash into your house. Or you are happily hanging out with your friends and some unfortunate event happened.

It hurts to lose someone you know and love. So cherish every moment you have with the people around you. Your family members,close friends, facebook friends, acquaintance, gaming friends, even your enemies or people you don't like .

Always remember to Live Life to the Fullest and cherish everything and every moment that you are blessed with. Life your life with no regrets.( I think i regret too much in life d. lol ) Oh yes and never ever Give UP!

Hehe I am back! Sorry oh did not update for so so so long. Mmmmm don't have the inspiration to update lor. LisLis is in foreign country for around 3 months d oh. How time flies. Hehe loving it here day by day although the weather is not that pleasant anymore. I am having my retail therapy! The stuff here cheap compared to Malaysia. Yay yay yay but sorry to mum and dad.Haha nevermind lah next time work time only pay back. Oink Oink bought stuff for me too! Yay! XoXo <3


Actually I can cook d wan when I am in Malaysia. But But but everyone thought this princess here only know how to eat. See I can cook HaiLam chicken rice. Heheh. The sauce on the chicken I just add so it look more yummy. :)

See the rice. Its really the nasi ayam rice k. And the soup is the real chicken soup.No artificial flavouring.

Ah this is my left over dumplings. I minced the meat myself :) Did not take the one in the soup coz too hungry d.

My new room. The rent is more expensive here but no choice :( The location is strategic and I am near to my friends. Just 10 minutes walk away from my old house. So usually will go back for dinner. Maybe once or twice or thrice a week. They miss me. Haha. Quiet without me there :) The room is a bit bigger here. My housemates are Spanish, French and Brazilian. Hehe meet more new people :)

Fann Wong

I am a fan of Fann Wong since young. Maybe watched too many Singapore’s Mediacorp dramas. Somehow I find her pretty and her acting skill is quite good. Finally she got married to her long time lover our very own Malaysian born actor Christopher Lee. Happy for her. Hehe so this post is dedicated to her. Congrats oh.

From the news report they spent like RM12mil on their wedding.Look at the 60 carat diamond necklace. Her tube dress is by Vera Wang. ( every girl’s dream to be in a Vera Wang) and Bollywood-inspired bejewelled gown specially designed for her by Bally, worth RM600,000. When oh When I will be that lucky and “xing fu” oh. Hahahaha. Princess of the day.In my dreams lar.

Her wedding banquet was broadcasted life. Her wedding pics are taken in Maldives. Ahhhh a place I wanted to go since I know this place existed few years ago. Below is one part of the live broadcast where there is like a MV on the bridal shoot in Maldives. Enjoy :) I am full on envy now! >.<

Oh yes!! Gossip Girl Season 3 is out! Superb superb. Better than season 2. Yay ! Lovin it. I have the fastest download speed. :p Can go up till 230kb/s. Its very fast for me d since I have survived the slowest internet connection in Malaysia especially Sunway’s Hostel connection.

Notting Hill 2009 Carnival! Near the place I am staying, A lot a lot a lot of people. Like sardine. Its something like street clubbing? Everywhere you can see people drinking and dancing. I did not stay for the whole carnival. Too hot d. Stay longer will be roasted pig. Let the pictures tell the story ba.

Hello :) Long time no see. How are my fellow readers lately?

Updates on my cute puppies. Most of them got adopted d. Only left one now. The darkest color. I might keep her. Name her beauty since she is so called black. Black Beauty. :)

Here is a picture update on the lucky male puppy who first got adopted.

So cute right? Hehe.

Okay some of my UK outings. First is Siew Kee's birthday. Went to the bar. Bar food is quite cheap coz they earn their money from the beer.

Guess whether its my drink or not? Hehe. Those who know me well sure know the answer.


Fish and chips. Even in Msia I love fish and chips lotz. Haha. Britain don't really have their own so called national food unlike Malaysia..Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Wan Tan Mee, Hokkien Mee and many many more. I think theirs are Fish and Chips, Sandwiches, Pies, Sausages. But oh yea the duck rice here is yummy. Haha. A lot of chinese restaurants here packed with "Ang Mo s"

After dinner we went to strip club. Ah was miserable. Lau yee and a fat lady pole dancing. Ewww not nice at all. Maybe we went to the cheap low class ones. Phuket wan was better. Atleast got show.

Ripley's Believe it or Not @ Piccadilly Circus. Looks big. But from what I heard, Genting wan better wor.

Street performance. This guy very keng. Something like STOMP. Can make music using buckets.Impressive.

Quite outdated pic. At Covent Garden. I like that place a lot. Always got street performance and stuff. A lot of unique and weird stuff. Hehe.

1 day trip to Oxford. Very nice. I booked my place there d next life. Hehe. This life sure cannot d. So next life ba. :) Oxford consist of 38 colleges which made up the Oxford University.

Date with Grace Leong. Haha. She stayed over at my room for a night. Went Soho at night. There are a lot of Rainbow Flags club and bars. Really opened my eyes. She "taught" me a lot of stuff that is abnormal. Hahahaha. But it is very normal to her wor. She was complaining that she was under dressed. zZzZZzZ

As usual. Cam- whoring. Grace says she is cute :p

The next day. Sat 4 hrs plus bus down to Sheffield. Tiring but happy 5 days trip with bunch of funny people. Hehe. Rented 2 cars to accommodate 10 ppl.

Day 1 - Reached Sheffield at 5 something.
Day 2 - Journey to York then continue to Liverpool at night.
Day3 - Lake District. One of the most beautiful place in UK.
Day 4 - Liverpool.
Day 5- Bus from Liverpool. 6hrs Bus...

4 cute puppies for adoption. Suppose to have 5 but one lucky one got adopted by a good samaritan. 5 puppies... 4 female 1 male. The male got adopted d. :) All the puppies still can't walk.

Please if you are interested in adopting the cute puppies please do not hesitate to contact me :) Although they are mixed breed / mongrel. They are better companion as they are smarter and do not require high maintenance. They make good guard dog and are very loyal.

London - Day 12

Wonder what I eat here? The greedy eelis who always complain bout food had learned her lesson well. Appreciate the Malaysian food! Nasi Lemak, roti canai, mum's homecook , chicken rice , rojak and many many more.

If you plan to come overseas and you don't want to learn how to cook all I can say to you is GG. :p unless you have unlimited allowance permonth lah. Although in Malaysia you never cook a pot of rice before, you come overseas you need to surrender d. Cook yourself ! In Malaysia I hardly cook but atleast I know bit bit. I can cook nice rice! Not too wet not too dry. ! Hahahahahah. Eh don't look down on me lor. I can cook simple dishes :p Joined cooking competition before eh during camp last time. If my memory did not fail me, got champion ok! :p

In London, usually dinner we will cook. Eating out it too pricey.Can't afford to eat out always. Atleast I don't really eat Maggie here. The only MCD burger i eat is mayo chicken! Cheapest and yummy but small.

Klang Bak Kut Teh! Too bad no meatballs , yew char koay and taufu. But its still yummy!

Pizza Day.Bought varieties of frozen pizza from Tesco.

So called farewell for a girl named Pei Ling. She stayed here 4 yrs already. From what I heard she is the godmother of my house. She is the best cook. After she left we are all orphans. :(

After dinner, gathered at the house so called living room/ lobby. Chat chat.


This is BBQ in the kitchen. Was supposed to do it at the garden but blame it on the weatherman. Raining! So the chickens ended up in the oven.

Gelato after 30-40 mins of walk from Holland Park. I never walked so much before in my whole life. ZzZzZz

A new beginning

London - Day 7

Hehe my first post. You know I traveled alone from Penang airport to London. So sad you know. So sien. Nobody to talk to. Transit at Bangkok international airport. Waited for 2 hrs. Luckily did my preparation. Bought a book to read while waiting. Its from Nicholas Sparks, The Lucky One. Nicholas Sparks's books are always good and worth the money. Below is a summary of my 13 hours journey.

10.05 pm - Say bye bye to my Penang. Awww how I miss everyone in Penang so so so much.

12.45 a.m - Say hello to Bangkok International Airport. Luckily Swine flu does not like me.

2.20 a.m - London here I come. No its dreamland here i come. Was so so so tired. Few nights before was busy packing. So did not really rest well.Sat approximately 13 hours of flight. Slept 1o hours non stop! Lol. Missed one of the airplane meal. Must be a record breaking. Slept even before the plane board. Missed the usual safety message by the cabin crew bout the life jacket and stuff. Haha was glad i missed it. Always the same usual thing. Never upgrade eh.

7.15 am (UK time ) - Hello Hethrow Airport. Its known as one of the busiest airport in the world. Thats what I heard lar. Was deciding between the cab or tube. If the cab its around 76 pounds just to reach my place. That would be like RM450 plus! Being a good girl and an independent girl ( haha) I asked around and I decided to take the tube! I think my bags weigh more than 40kgs in total. My god. My hand nearlly patah! But then at least I saved some money. Total cost is around 25 pounds. See save more than half already. :p Yay !

Hethrow Express --->Paddington Station. The time I embark on a new journey.

I reached my place around 11am. Stupid immigration. So long the queue! Lined up for around 1hr plus just to get the stupid passport stamped. Ah forget bout that. Guess what I had for dinner. Its my first day here and I cooked! Hehe brought A1 curry paste from Malaysia. Cooked curry chicken for my new friends here. Although I am not a fan of spicy stuff but then at least it reminds us of Malaysia. Left my camera in the room. So too bad lar. No pics. Around 6 dishes. Yummy. But but but the rice here. Yucks! Don't taste nice.Beras Tesco. Maybe we bought the cheap rice kua. Next time want buy Thai Jasmine d but a bit more exp lor.

After nearlly a week, I finally met an old friend of mine! Someone that I am quite close to. I can talk non stop d. Lenora ! So happy I got to meet her. She brought me to China town and Covent Garden and Oxford Street . Saw durian there. But Thailand eh. Yucks. Luckily had more than enough back in Penang.

Oh ya forgot to talk bout the weather. Although its Summer but it drizzles a lot. Around 13-20 Celsius. Just like Genting. The day is longer than the night. Sun rises at 4.30 sets at 9.30pm. So around 8pm its still bright here. :)

Hellooo... I know you guys are waiting for my post bout my new home ,London but since I miss Malaysia food lots I will blog bout my Penang farewell. Hehehe. Maybe tonight lah will post few pics up from here. Its only 1.53 pm here :(

Belated Father's Day cum Mother's Day celebration with family.

Guess what is this. Its monk jump over the wall or in mandrin its "fo tiao chiang". This soup is said to have all the most expensive and healthiest ingredients. Actually taste so so only. But the price wah wah wah.. Too healthy d till after I ate it, my whole body felt so hot. Dad said that 50 yrs of his life this is his first time eating.

This is shark fin. Unlike the one we always eat during kahwin dinner. That one shreds / strips only.
